Anti-Inflammatory Eating Workshop

Join me in this cooking demo workshop where you’ll be learning how to make delicious recipes that can help fight inflammation and boost your immune system against common ailments, allergies, and chronic diseases. What you’ll be learning in this workshop:
  • How to create 6 recipes
  • How to choose and cook ingredients that will optimize your health
  • How inflammation affects your body and how to deal with it
  • The best anti-inflammatory foods to eat or avoid
  • Tips on dietary lifestyle
  • All the recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, extremely tasty, and family-friendly!

Please note:

  1. These classes can be arranged by individuals or organizations, for one on one or group presentation.
  2. In order to insure the quality of all classes, the maximum class size is 10 people.
  3. Price range for cooking demonstration classes range from THB 1500 to THB 3000 per person, depending on group size. The more people, the less cost per person.
  4. Price range for classes where presentation of culinary nutrition content is given but no cooking is involved, is THB 3000-4500.
